Historically, they had relied on direct website enquiries and referral business, so this represented a new opportunity to expand reach and generate consistent inbound leads.

Challange
The Only Way Is Granite is a strong name within the granite and quartz trade across Essex. However, their online presence didn’t reflect their reputation or craftsmanship. They wanted to attract a higher volume of visitors to their website while maintaining the premium look and feel of their brand.
Additionally, social media had been an untapped channel for them — previously relying solely on referrals and direct website traffic. The challenge was to leverage both SEO and paid social to create a balanced, multi-channel flow of high-quality leads.
Solution
We began with in-depth keyword research to uncover the search terms most likely to drive qualified traffic and conversions. From there, we developed a local SEO strategy focused on priority regions and built a conversion-optimised website with clear user journeys and friction-free enquiry capture.
To complement this, we launched a Meta Ads campaign showcasing compelling video and image assets of their latest kitchen installations. These adverts were curated to engage audiences, demonstrate craftsmanship, and lead directly to quote requests.
The result was a complete digital ecosystem: SEO driving consistent organic growth, while paid social amplified visibility and accelerated enquiries during key seasonal promotions.
